❓ HOW TO PLAY

🎯 THE IDEA

POOL QUEST is a table pool game. Your goal is to locate and hit every ball assigned to you by your opponent or AI before the countdown elapses — and they can do the same to you when you're playing online.

🎮 CONTROLS

  • STICK (bottom-right virtual joystick): drag in any direction to set your aim angle. The dashed guideline shows the cue-ball path.
  • FIRE button: press & hold to charge power, release to shoot. The longer you hold, the harder the shot.
  • In online games the aim line is shorter and its arrowhead is small — buying the AIM LINE EXTENDER in the store (+20px per level, max 5) gives you more vision.

🎱 SOLO PLAY

  • Training: free play — just aim and hit targets for fun.
  • Compete: hit the ball of the color shown to score points. 9 levels, each with limited hits, a timer and a points target. Hit your target ball before you run out of hits!
  • Re-hitting an already-potted target grants a +3 BONUS. Finish all 9 levels to win.

⚔️ 1v1 DUEL

  • Play LOCAL (same device, pass & play) or ONLINE (real-time vs another player).
  • A COIN TOSS decides who breaks first (auto-starts in 5s).
  • Play is turn-based: only the player currently controlling the cue can shoot. Online, the opponent's shots stream to you live.
  • Hit all the balls assigned to you by your opponent to score points. When the frame ends, whoever has more points wins; a tie is a draw.
  • At the results screen you can ask for a REMATCH with or without a bet — the opponent can accept, decline or send a new offer.

🪙 BETS & ESCROW

  • Before a match you may place a bet (minimum 10 coins).
  • Your stake goes into ESCROW (deducted at match start): win → you take the pot (2× stake), draw → stake refunded, lose → stake goes to the winner.
  • Leaving a bet match before it ends forfeits your stake. Watch the lobby — BIG BETS worth 1000+ coins are highlighted.

🌐 LOBBY

  • Browse open rooms, see each host's country & hits, and whether it's FREE or a BET game, then tap to join.
  • Create a room and share your invite link so a friend can challenge you.

🛒 STORE

  • COIN SHOP: buy discounted coin packs ($0.50–$20) — pay in Naira or Dollars via Flutterwave.
  • ACCESSORIES: pool-table skins (400–40,000 coins) — the 3 most expensive boards come with carved ancient Egyptian borders. Also the AIM LINE EXTENDER (online only, max level 5).

  • Coins, skins, aim levels & your profile and email are saved per device (this browser). Clearing browser data resets them.
  • Everything runs in this one single file — no downloads needed.
  • Fair play: the table field is identical on every screen, so games are decided by skill.
